WOD: Team Hell-en: For time:

1,200M Run
63 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
36 Pull Ups
800M Run
42 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
24 Pull Ups
400M Run
21 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
12 Pull Ups

Both partners have to make the run. The remainding exercises can be split up by both teammates.


This was the second workout in the 2010 CrossFit Games.  This is  a video of people doing the workout alone!  The winning time (From Graham Holmberg who won the whole thing that year) is under 17 minutes.  If you keep watching the video, the athletes are doing a second (SECOND) workout immediately afterwards.

Your workout is a team version of this and here are da rulez 4 it:

  • The running portion has to be done together by both teammates, as in you both have to come in and leave at the same time
  • Kettlebell Swings and Pull Ups can be split up among teammates
  • Only 1 Kettlebell and Pull Ups station per team
Seeing that Graham was running at a 6 minute mile pace, doing the 126 KBS and 72 Pull Ups at an insanely fast pace, your mission is to beat him.  Nearly 200 reps and 1.5 miles of running in under 16:55…you are going to have to hustle for it!  Please be careful not to get your clocked cleaned by a Kettlebell and please don’t leave marks on the floor..use a coaster.  Oh, beeteedubs…
You will be doing this along at some point,
